PROCESS ASSESSMENT & IMPROVEMENT
Process assessment and improvement at a university with over $1B in annual expenditure. Completed an operational assessment of the purchasing, accounts payable and expense management processes that resulted in 43 key opportunities for improvement. Designed new processes and functional/data specifications for their systems. Provided business best practice guidance during the implementation of their open source ERP solution.
ERP SELECTION & SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION
ERP selection and supply chain optimization at a $2+B humanitarian organization. Managed a team of 12 international and interdepartmental managers responsible for over 1500 offices globally. Designed cross channel standardized supply chain processes. Completed an ERP system evaluation and selection to assist the new processes. Presented recommendations and guidance to executive team. Process and system recommendations were estimated to save $20M per year on supply chain procurement and operational cost.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE STRATEGY
Organizational change management at an $8+B wholesale distribution company during a full SAP implementation. Developed and managed full communications plan, business readiness and executive sponsorship activities, assessed organizational impacts and managed the learning strategy for 2000 employees. Created a Business Readiness Team model of peer change leadership presented at global SAP User Group Conference and now in use at other SAP clients
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Organizational change management for a 13-facility health system in California and Texas upgrading its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Facilitated employee and physician Adoption Teams, coordinated cross-facility training collaborative, developed Executive and Manager Toolkits, and conducted multiple facility readiness assessments in preparation for successfully meeting federal EHR adoption requirements.
